Section 1 – Scope of This Policy
This Cancellation Policy explains the terms and conditions governing the cancellation of consultations, applications, education services, recruitment services, AI Assessment bookings, and other services offered by Fly2Future Global Education & Migration Consultants.
By engaging with our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation Policy.
Section 2 – Consultation Cancellations
Consultation appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled by contacting Fly2Future in advance.
Where possible, cancellation or rescheduling requests should be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Fly2Future reserves the right to reschedule consultations due to unforeseen circumstances or operational requirements.
Section 3 – Candidate-Initiated Cancellations
Candidates may choose to withdraw from any application or consultancy process at any stage.
Cancellation requests should be submitted in writing via email or through an authorised Fly2Future representative.
Any applicable refunds or outstanding obligations will be governed by the Fly2Future Refund Policy.
Section 4 – Application Withdrawals
Candidates may withdraw an application before final submission to an educational institution, employer, recruitment partner, or government authority.
Once an application has been officially submitted or processing has commenced, withdrawal may be subject to the policies of the respective institution, employer, recruitment partner, or government authority.
Section 5 – Employer or Institution Changes
Educational institutions, employers, recruitment partners, or government authorities may modify, postpone, suspend, or cancel programmes, vacancies, admission requirements, recruitment processes, or related opportunities without prior notice.
Fly2Future is not responsible for such decisions but will make reasonable efforts to assist affected candidates in identifying suitable alternative opportunities where available.
Section 6 – Fly2Future Service Cancellations
Fly2Future reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or discontinue consultations, programmes, services, events, or other activities where necessary due to operational, regulatory, legal, safety, or business reasons.
Where appropriate, affected candidates will be informed as soon as reasonably possible.
Section 7 – Fees Related to Cancellations
Cancellation of a service does not automatically entitle a candidate to a refund.
Refund eligibility, if applicable, will be determined in accordance with the Fly2Future Refund Policy.
Certain third-party charges, government fees, examination fees, translation charges, courier charges, visa processing fees, or other external costs may be non-refundable.
Section 8 – Documents & Records
Candidates are responsible for collecting any original documents submitted to Fly2Future where applicable.
Fly2Future may retain copies of documents where required for legal, regulatory, contractual, or record-keeping purposes.
Section 9 – Exceptional Circumstances
Fly2Future understands that unforeseen situations may arise.
Cancellation requests resulting from serious medical conditions, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other exceptional circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Any decisions remain at the sole discretion of Fly2Future and, where relevant, the policies of partner institutions or employers.

This Cancellation Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
